Quiet, Secure, and Friendly Neighbors

This is easily the best apartment I've lived at, but there are a few minor inconveniences. Maintenance requests are handled in a relatively timely fashion. I was given pushback on a request, which was eventually handled since it wasn't necessarily time-sensitive. I'm able to hear my upstairs neighbor running around at times but find myself unable to communicate this noise issue with them since each floor requires a separate key. So I'm left to just deal with it.
